SPP OPTIMISER (4-8 weeks)

Our engineers will prepare a version of SPP OPTIMISER best suited to your operations. This process includes configuring the DMS Core Engine, customising the UI according to what value drivers are most important to your operation, and formatting the data you provide us. This will typically 4-8 weeks, depending on the quality of data provided.

DMS operates through forward deployment. The Core Engine remains proprietary. Around it, we build client-specific decision environments that convert mine, market, capital, infrastructure, and operating constraints into strategic optimisation outputs. Clients get the capability. DMS retains the engine.

CHARTER (4 weeks)

CHARTER exists as a light-weight, easier to run version of the SPP Optimiser. Designed for lean operations, with access to only limited compute and analysts. Focused on CAPEX, and OPEX, CHARTER increases the productivity of your team. Do more with less, choose CHARTER.

LEADLINE (Partnership only)

LEADLINE is the first mine-to-market optimisation algorithm designed to value your mineral products through the customer's operating economics, not just the producer's cost base. We forecast your achievable price, linking product chemistry, physical specifications, customer constraints, procurement patterns and substitute products to estimate what each buyer is likely to pay, in what volume, and under what conditions. Always have the advantage in every negotiation.

We recognise that if everyone had this tool, LEADLINE stops being a comparative advantage. We will select, at maximum, 2 ongoing partners: 1 major, 1 junior.

Licensing and IP

SPP Optimiser and CHARTER are hosted enterprise optimisation platforms. Each client receives a configured version of the application tailored to their mine, portfolio or planning problem. Users access the system through an online portal, while the underlying DMS Core Engine remains proprietary and runs calculations on DMS-managed servers. Clients can also engage DMS for a one-off implementation and training project, licensing ongoing support for updates, assistance and continued optimisation services.
